Our Vineyards
The vineyards are the anthem of the land — a world rich in aromas, flavors and tradition.
Cultivated on the sandy clay soils of Kos Island in the Linopoti area, our vines benefit from the unique terroir of the Dodecanese: hot summers tempered by sea breezes, mineral-rich earth, and a winemaking heritage that stretches back millennia.
Varieties
- Assyrtiko – the noble white of the Aegean, expressing crisp acidity and citrus minerality
- Sauvignon Blanc – blended for aromatic complexity
- Chardonnay – grown for structured, oak-friendly whites
- Mavrothiriko – an indigenous variety of Kos Island, our signature red
- Syrah – planted for full-bodied reds with deep concentration
- Moscato – contributing aromatic intensity to our rosés
Philosophy
Every vine is tended organically, certified BIO. We work with the rhythms of the land, not against them — keeping yields deliberately low to concentrate quality, and harvesting by hand at optimal ripeness.
